What is the GATE score required for an ME in microelectronics at BITS Pilani?

Depending upon the number of applicants the GATE Score cut off for BITS varies and also depends on the fact how you choose your preference both campus wise and branch wise (for Electronics we have : Micro, Embedded, Communication) usually Pilani campus cut off is bit higher , during my counselling time in 2108 it was arounf 650–700 for BITS Goa , so you can expect higher for pilani. But none the less you can apply for BITS HD paper as well since it can help you boost your preference Campus/ Stream wise.
