Deciding a branch in any walks of academics is the most stratified question spurring the minds of youth. I was one of them.
Getting down to the question…
Firstly, study to make a change. Before you sit to study just go through your goal list, not career wise, but as a grown up, why is your studying important for anyone?(except your family, who’ll live happily by your income)
What I want to say is that get into any branch, neither is tough or easy, until you put in your efforts to make a change, for which yoh should be worried about. Get to know your interests.
Most colleges have the norm of allowing students to change their branches in first year, after some time. That is introduced to make you sure,that if you are interested in any other branch you may still have the liberty to pursue your interests.
For example, let’s say, you want to do hotel management, your reason should be that you are willing to make people happy by savourimg their mouths with taste of joy.
Or you want to do civil eng, then your worries should be that what and how do you study to make better and a beautiful society(construction wise ;p).
The short and the long carries that your shoulders be the rest of ideas wanting to build a better place and affecting the lives of people in a good way.
