Class 10th icse is assumed to be more scoring but it’s reverse in class 12th . Both are accepted in all the colleges and entrance exams. Education in icse till 10th is better idea as it give a strong hold in literature and science which helps you later but in 12th cbse is better as your syllabus will match your entrance syllabus
