Comedk is accepted by almost all the colleges of Karnataka while Uni-Gauge is accepted only by 11 colleges and that to from different states. So go for COMEDK.
I would very highly suggest that you go for COMED-K and give more preference to COMED-K and if you have no objections then do write Uni-GAUGE also if you can.
