What is the difference between Manipal University and Sikkim Manipal University?

Manipal University is situated in Manipal, Karnataka, India and is one of the top ranked private universities in India. Sikkim Manipal is another campus of the Manipal University but way inferior to it. Also, I don’t think MU Dubai would be a very good option.
