What is the difference between Information Technology Engineering and Information Science & Engineering?

I am missinng a crucial part of the information here. From which university, are you planing to do BTech/B.E. in the respective branches?

Overall there isn’t a whole lot difference between the two courses, a couple of subjects here and there at max. maybe, depending on the respective university.
