What is the difference between information science engineering and CSE?

Information science engineering is more about computer and the interactions with people than anything else.
Computer science on the other hand focus on the basic principles of computing: algorithms and data structures.
Both subjects are interchangable and almost inseperable from one another. Most universities doesn’t even make a distinction between them.
