What is the cutoff for admission in BITS for an MTech in ECE?

The candidates must have passed an integrated degree of BITS or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.

Masters in Engineering(M.E.)

Biotechnology

Must possess any integrated first degree of BITS or equivalent with adequate preparation in Biochemistry and Microbiology

Chemical

Possess an integrated first degree of BITS in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent such as B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical)
