It is somewhere around 1.3 – 1.5 Lakh and it is not worth it. In a much much lesser amount, you get to live life, king size.
I have just recently taken up accommodation at Stanza Living and what a blessing it has been. The very first month we had a paintball tournament, (no cost borne by us) as a part of their Stanza Social program. They keep having such events to ensure students are having a good time. The food, cleaning, laundry and many more services are included and you don’t have to move anything your self, except for just getting up to go attend your morning lectures in college.
Sounds cool, doesn’t it?
