What is the category 2 cutoff for CSE specialisation in the VIT Chennai campus?

CSE Core – 10–15k by category 2

CSE spls – 15–25k by category 2

There are 3 spls of CSE at Chennai. Any one at least you can get if your rank lies between 15–25k by category 2 in my opinion.
