In my personal experience I would say course from ISCHS would be the best in class. I have learnt my career counselling course from ISCHS which has helped me to be an expert in the segment. I am earning a remarkable income from clients in India as well as abroad now from the business too. I never found the kind of continuous supports, free upgrades and quality training at anywhere else till date in any other counselling courses.
If you are looking for a course in masters or collegiate streams, you can try something from Bharathiar university or Rajiv Gandhi National institute etc. In person I found the curriculum of universities are more of theories and won’t make sense to do much in practical level.
