The Branch that you like is the best branch.
However, that being said, Mechanical, IT , Civil , Electrical and Electronics Engineering , Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology are all ABET Accredited so a degree in these branch will be tough to obtain and will be of some value out there in the industry.
However, my humble request is to go for the Branch you like and have an interest in, these certifications would mean nothing if you choose a branch that you’re not interested in and end up performing poor in.
