I’m not entirely sure about this but from what I remember is that a few branches that have a huge student intake like CSE and Mechanical have multiple sets A,B,C etc in which the fee structure gets higher with each set.
So if you get a scholarship in the B set it probably means you’ll get a discount on the fee structure of the B set of the department you choose.
Also if you get through in the A set itself during counselling then I don’t think the scholarship will apply.
