What is negative marking in the NEET examination?

there are a total of 180 qs in neet…for each correct answer u get a score of 4…total score is 180×4= 720

for qs that u have not attempted u get 0 score

for incorrect answers u get a score of -1

for example-if u managed to get 150 qs correct and 20 qs incorrect and left 30 qs….ur score would be:—

( 150 x 4 ) — ( 20 x 1 ) = 580
