What has been your experience during placements at LNMIIT?

If you really care about placements, make a plan. Whatever you write on your CV would stand by you (or against you) in the interview so you should be crystal clear about the things you mention there. Bluffing would not work, a company would only take you if you seem to be aligned towards their work culture. And don’t write stuff like leadership and teamwork, they wouldn’t need you to tell them that.

Aptitude vs Interview:
Preparing for the aptitude requires you to practice for a month or so. But the interview takes all your life’s preparation.
Do not shy away from the extra-curricular stuff that goes around the campus, interact with loads of people. Chances are that a mediocre product would sell better than a great one, if the packaging is done in the correct way. And the only way to package yourself better is by having the right attitude and life experiences that come by going out rather than staying in.

Tell us something about yourself:
This is the most intimidating question you would ever face in an interview. Pick a strength of yourself and build a story around it, better if the story is about your own life experiences. Quoting your favourite movie star won’t hurt as long as it’s relevant.

Getting through or not:
You would know if you’re gonna get through an interview by the time it ends. Always take feedback from the interviewer. Maybe you don’t get through the first interview but the feedback would come in handy for your next one.
These are the 3 things you should always prepare for:
