What documents are to be kept ready for the NEET or medical counselling?

In order to participate in the NEET counselling, candidates will have to register online at the official website of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). At the time of registration, candidates need not upload any document. All necessary documents have to be carried at the time of reporting at the allotted college where the necessary admission formalities are carried out. Candidates will have to carry the following documents in original.

1. NEET admit card
2. NEET scorecard or rank letter
3. Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
4. Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
5. ID proof (Adhaar card, PAN card, Driving license, Passport)
6. Eight passport size photographs
7. Provisional Allotment letter
8. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
9. PwD Certificate (if applicable)
