There is no compulsory rule for maintaining a minimum attendence in BIT Durg. You can get to write the end sems even with 10% attendence (but you need to be able to study on your own to atleast pass the exam).
To get good T.A, ClassTest and Internal Practicals marks, it all depends on your attendence (80% and above). Without good attendence in hands be ready to get passing marks in internal assesments (and even zero for classtests).
In some branches( like CSE ), you need to write assignments to be able to be eligible for internal assesments. They might call your parents too, in cases.
So don’t worry about the attendence if you are least concerned about your grades . But if you are, take my tip and focus only on maintaining a good attendence in college and nothing else!
