What are various job profiles that are offered by companies during placements at IITs?

Companies come to IIT Campuses looking for top students to be mentored into Higher Management responsibilities, or for team members to join high priority technology innovation Projecs, etc. When these types are taken, next they will be looking for those that can work with the top or second line teams. They are definitely not coming there to pick up IIT Engineers to fill Junior posts, and will not be offering them, except to snub some empty heads posing as experts. That happens extremely rarely, since the cream of talent in the country join the IITs, and any riff-raff would have already gort eliminated by the rigours of study.
