What are the strategies of choice filling for WBJEE counselling? My GMR rank is 9k.

at 9000 rank ,govt college is not possible.

better u opt private colleges in the following order:-

1. IEM
2. HERITAGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
3. TECHNO INDIA SALT LAKE . mostly try for cs or it branch in these colleges. All the best!
