What are the pros and cons of studying at Manipal Institute of Technology?

Pros –

1. Great culture, people and environment to succeed.
2. Lots of opportunities for extra- curricular activities to widen your horizons and become a better engineer.
3. Amazing college life.
4. One of the best student cities in India.
5. Some branches like Mechanical have great professors.
6. Good placements with high salaries for CS branches.
7. Provides many opportunities to conduct research which helps to pursue masters.

Cons –

1. Some branches really don’t have good professors.
2. Labs are not great.
3. Placements of core branches is low compared to CS branches. Salaries are also low (That’s the case everywhere in India).
4. Academic content can be improved.
