What are the problems faced by students during their placements in IITs? Why do they face them? How can we tackle them?

Apart from the problems listed in answers for this question, here are few:
1) Timings of the interviews clashing with each other.
2) Selections test and the type of questions asked in them.
3) Communication Skills and interactive nature.
4) How to give a GD.
etc.
