Well, if you go by the data as revealed in ISB website itself, the percentage (2-3%) of students getting international offers is pretty less.
Although quite a few companies visit ISB for international roles, it is also important to note here that there are a lot of variables in consideration, them being the pay package, kind of role offered, company’s practice in that country, growth prospects etc. Hence, it is not necessary that all international jobs offered on campus are accepted by candidates or not all international openings find suitable candidates.
Also, since the roles are limited, the competition is also quite high.
Having said that, since many consulting jobs are offered in ISB, making transition to other countries is not that difficult especially when you have the alumni network spread all across the globe.
Hence, rest assured that the ISB tag will definitely land you a international role if you really want it.
