What are the best options in pharmacy, after completing b. Pharma from BITS pilani?

I had many friends in pharma most of them landed with a job in non core firms . Few of them who were my seniors did MBA (One if them i guess pursued it from iift and the other from xlri). And a few went to some ivy league univ to pursue masters in neuroscience and biomedical engineering etc.
