Takes me back nearly 9 years when I walked into MSRIT.
1. Enjoycollege life, you won’t get a chance to repeat it.
2. If you want to get into coding jpb, learn coding and participate in hackathon. Learn coding I mean a good programming language like Java, with spring and db interaction through hibernate or jpa, YouTube is the best teacher. Also learn UI development, angular Js or react Js. Learn mobile app development. All the above are not taught in college, you’ve to start from first semester to be excellent by 7th and have few self developed apps on phone no matter what they are, so you can use it in interview \U0001f60b.
3. You’ve pretty good lecturers in ISE ( atleast I had), get decent marks in academics so that you are qualified for placements and(or) higher studies.
4. By 6th semester, try writing a paper, talk to any lecturer, they’ll help you.
