I would suggest you to choose ISE in RV if you are getting it because this college is very good in terms of not only placements but also providing tons of internships since they are having strong ties with companies outside India.There is actually a mere amount of difference between CSE and ISE, So u can take up either of them in any of the top colleges of karnataka.
The kind of exposure u r going to get in RV is top notch and in Karnataka this college has made a good name in terms of almost everything.
So your choice selection can be like this:
1) ISE in RV.
2)CSE in BMS.
3)CSE in MSRIT.
4)ECE in RV..
