This is a blog post that I had written a while ago.
- Don’t judge people that easily. In college I was almost always wrong.
- Your BITSAT/JEE/any other number you have to show means squat, it’s a fresh start.
- You will talk in English with your wingies, that will last a week, if it lasts any longer, you probably aren’t that close.
- You will wake up early, that will last for a week too.
- What you wear does not matter, not streaking is good enough.
- Clubs and Departments are great fun, try to be a part of one.
- If you couldn’t, you can always make one up and be it’s President.
- Nobody outside cares if you led the college cartoon club or you were the SU President, it’s all the same, it’s what you learnt that shows.
- It’s not hard to keep in touch, if you want to.
- Fancy words, you will hear a lot of it, and most of it doesn’t actually mean much.
