Anyday it is BITS Pilani. You will feel like being in an IIT for the 4 years of college life (though infrastructure is not that good).
Placements are at par with any IIT or NIT and at times even better then some.
People getting new IITs or not very good NITs mostly prefer BITS, Pilani.
Prepare well.
