Manipal CSE is easily much better than VIT:
There are many things about VIT which are not yet clear..
Manipal has less seats (200 compared to 1000 in VIT)
Manipal has no management quota (VIT has it and also some category system)
Manipal is light years better alumni network.
Manipal has a lot more core placements with avg 6 LPA (VIT usually has MRC placement with avg of 3 LPA. very less core placements compared to Manipal)
Manipal has lots of freedom, you can do whatever you want which will help you build your personality (VIT is a jail)
VIT has paid all the magazines to rank them in top.
Getting into VIT is very easy compared to Manipal (management quota and category system).
MIT, Manipal has the best director ever (VIT only has money minded management)
