Should I still read my coaching modules or focus on NCERT (biology) for neet 2021?

Hii..No need to read the complete modules. Just solve questions of your modules. Read notes from your copy. Read NCERTs properly. Solve previous year papers and test series. You have ample time bowu. Utilise it well! Good luck!
