My son with 387 is likely to get BITS Pilani. I already got BITS [CSE] in the first round. Is AIR in advance is 3535. Should we go for IIT?

I would advise IIT

It is the Premier TAG in the Country.

Regardless of what discipline you will get (And 3535 is a decent rank) and you could get CSE in some IITS like maybe say BHU

• Placement is unlikely to change as the IIT Tag is important
• Admission to MBA in India/USA or MS in US would be better with IIT Tag than BITS Tag
• Financial Paymens would be lesser. I mean BITS is EXPENSIVE!!!
