My father wants me to major in something that I hate because he can easily find me a job in that major. However, I wanna major in computer science. What should I do?

Point out to him that there are also many computer-related jobs, such as programmer, analysts, and system architects, to name just a few. I have been working as a programmer/analyst for 36 years now.
