My college has been upgraded in the second round of state counselling. Can I still participate in the All India mop up round of the NEET UG counselling?

Look my friend, whether it is state or All India counselling, once you get college in order to remain in counselling you need to submit your documents and hence you couldn’t participate further in any other counselling.
