I’ve scored 104 marks in Neet 2021 and taking a drop for next year . Can I increase my marks to 650+ in one year? What can I do to achieve my goal?

Be realistic, this is not a bollywood film. A candidate with 104 marks should accept that the society also needs many other people than doctors.
