UPES offers very large number of choices amongst the branch of computer science and It is the only university offering specialisation degree which makes you more ready and more knowledgeable in a particular area of interest. This might help in getting a job in that particular area (as you will be more knowledgeable than other applying for the same job)
If we look at it this way, yes it is one of the best.
Faculty is also good.
but I will prefer government universities (if you get one) because fee is comparitevely less
