BITS Pilani does not award B.Tech degrees, so they cannot have scholarships for B.Tech.
They do award B.E.(Hons.) Degree which is considered equivalent to B.Tech for all purposes. They have scholarships for B.E. programs called Merit and Merit cum need scholarship. Merit scholarship are for brilliant academic performers. MCN scholarship is comparatively easy and almost all students who fulfil the income criteria (around 8 lakhs or less) obtain it.
