Is the RV College of Engineering (RVCE), Bangalore considered a good college for considering applications for an MS in CS and EE from top US grad schools?

As long as you have a good GRE and TOEFL score, and a good recommendation letter, it’s immaterial which college you are from in USA and Europe. They look at your interest in the subject and your earlier performance. High time someone stopped this hype of rvce, BMS etc.
