Since I have been researching about the Indian engineering curriculum for last 10 years hence I have an accurate answer to this question.
- Since IITs(Tier-1) offers more of these facilities to their engineering students hence it should be considered as a better engineering college than CEG(Tier-3), VIT(Fraud, Tier-4)
- Any Tier- 3 or 4 Indian engineering college would become a Tier-1 Indian engineering college if it starts offering these facilities to their engineering students.
- There is no meaning of highest-lowest-average package from any Indian engineering college because all the Indian engineering colleges, including IITs, lie about their placement stats.
