Is the BITS M.Tech through WILP accepted as regular master’s degree during travel immigration processes for other countries?

Yes, It’s accepted as regular degree.I recently got WES evaluation done,where it was considered as Master’s degree.
It is awarded as full time graduation degree. Transcript is a summary of all the marks and grades throughout the entire period of education.
I ain’t sure about govt jobs /NET , but it is accepted by many of the MNC’s in IT.
BITS Pilani is a deemed university and M-tech provided by BITS Pilani is a recognized degree as per UGC.
