According to your Question it is clear that you are looking to make career in IT sector. In IT sector What actually matter after getting hired to a company is Technical Skills. But while it comes to getting hired so I would like to clear that most of the companies out there only prefer only B-Tech. If you still have an option then I really recommend to go with B-Tech. Otherwise both options are OK..
