Well, as far as academic is concerned, RVCE is better in guiding you. Not all Prof are that good, but, If you’re interested in doing something apart from the curriculum, the Professors are very friendly and will help you to their best.
On the other side, in RVCE you have to attend all the class (even the one’s that are not worth your time, lol). And as far as I have heard from my friends, BMSCE doesn’t make any issues over the attendance (In RVCE, 85% is mandatory to write the exam).
Both TCE and ECE have the same syllabus till the second year. Then the subjects which are mandatory to ECE will be given as electives for TCE and vice-versa.
