It depends on what basis the question is being asked. Of course it is presumed to be the “#1 PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN INDIA”, but then again I can tell you that I invented the light bulb, would you believe me? If you’re looking to have fun, then SRM is the place for you buddy(contingent on you not joining Ramapuram Campus), otherwise you are what you make ofyourself. No university is bad if you know what your goals are. Concluding which I’ll tell you, that SRM is a fairly good university, although it’s not at par with it’s other counter parts such as it’s partner universities in various countries, but you’ll be fine if you know what to learn, and how to learn it.
