Is sliding round and round 3 same in IPU?

I am a student of ggsipu so i think i am the right person to answer this.

Till last yearthese were two different rounds. After three rounds(first,second,third) slide round and then spot round used to take place.

If same procedure is getting followed this year as well then these should be two different rounds.

But scenario may be different if some changes are introduced this year.
