Whatever you do , I urge you to not join this pathetic institution!!This is just a con institute operating and misusing our parents hard earned money in the name of Ramaiah , it is just pure politics and the staff here are no good either You would simply be wasting 2 years of your precious time and money. No one student will ever tell you or encourage you to join this institute because only we know how much we suffer under this namesake institute .A multitude of reasons wrong with this institute would be :Their strict 90% attendance policy! , the management knows very well no one can adhere to their strict attendance policies and later when it is exam time they implement a hefty fee. Which can easily exceed 4000 to 5000rs for even 80% attendance . They are disgusting to do this and clearly exploit students openlyThe director of the institute is a big Sexist and simply talks nonsense and with loads of immaturity for his age .The Dean of the institute doesn’t listen to any student concerns or even entertain talking to us students . He acts like a bigshot but the fact is he is hated by everyone including their own staff .Rims college is like a basic IIT coaching institute set up on a 4 floor apartment. Infrastructure is severely lacking . Initially during admissions we were made to enter their main entrance later you have to go through a basement that looks like a mechanics garage dropping with water and flies and garbageThe management runs the institute as if they own the students . The PG students are never given the respect they deserve ! they are treated as if they are low level school going studentsMind you the basic fees you will pay for an MBA course here is 6 lakhs . It can increase if you opt for other specialisation such as pgdm or pgpmThe university of mysore they are affiliated to is one more nuisance ! The results are announced 5-6 months late and not just this hold your breath you will receive the shock of your life during exams as the exam fees is 11000 rs
