RVCE could rather be better in terms of placements if it is CS/IT (Computer science/Information science) that one is looking at. Things that come into consideration is where does one fit into a class of 60 students. Staying in top 10% of the class would fetch you similar packages. Staying in 20% to 30 % RV is an edge better. Comedk fee is too high as compared to VJTI fee. ROI is a factor almost everyone considers, hence I would rate VJTI better. Both are equally good brand names. RVCE is en edge better in terms of faculty, but afterall its the brand and the package at the end that would matter, VJTI would give it to you at a lower cost. VJTI would rather fetch your reputation when one goes for MSPiyush kumar.
