Yes! it is; keeping aside small mistakes! it is a perfect book for 12th grade and also revising the skipped 11th topic (organic )! but the main issue in it is its length. it has got plenty of theories and questions for which you need a plenty of time! if you are asking for board exams I will advice to go for NCERT cause you can remember everything and solving questions wont take much time.!
BUT, in the end it depends on your time limits if you are pretty sure of devoting your time boards from the year start then go for MODERN ABC otherwise NCERT is savior. I refer to both the books for a better grip on the concepts. but if your notes are good you need not worry.!
