It depends on the streams you are getting . The opportunities for scit (which includes CSE ,IT AND CCE) are good . But it is proportional to the work you put in . If you know your stuff you can get good packages and if you don’t know anything you might be placed in a mass recruiting company if you know how to work smart.
So i will say if you are willing to work hard then yes manipal is a good University.
