I passed from MUJ in 2019. I did my B.tech IT and received a decent package as well but in a non tech domain by choice. The best part over here is that if you wish to continue with your career in a different way all together u can. I got a job into marketing (not typical sales) with great perks and got a foreign trip as well from the company within a year.
Frankly, yes if you can afford to pay about 20 Lakhs on your B.tech and don’t have any better options then definitely you may join MUJ. One of the best things here is the hostel life. Just have a look and you can’t even compare this hostel to the best engg. colleges in the country. The closest would be a Pvt. MBA college. I was and i am not a studious person so can’t really comment on the study part but definitely it will give you an overall personality development. This is a development or change which is actually required for people of 18 Years +. Since it’s quite the first time you get excess of freedom and the time of college which everyone dreams of.
Don’t worry there won’t be any Ragging stuff. Also people think that jaipur has extreme temp. but the hostel rooms are temperature controlled so no need of that big RAZAI. Just get a comforter.
I am sure you will love each day over here and dont worry about the placements. Some people get it early and some get it late but you usually get it if you are serious for jobs.
