Yes .. You can pursue Computer science engineering in India .. But the worth depends on how well is your academic score you maintain and how well you learn programming languages.
By the end of your engineering you should be able to be good in at least basics of 2 to 3 programming languages(C,C++,Java,) if possible Web technology as well.(HTML, CSS, Javascript ….etc) along with your good communication skills.. With this you will be able to grab a comfortable job any where.
