Is it true that Vellore Institute of Technology has a non-WiFi campus?

Well here at Vit we have WiFi which starts at approx 4:30 am and stops at 12:30 am. Speed is decent, average is 120 kbps and it is available in all the hostels and ground floors of mostly all academic blocks. We get 8 GB usage per month.
Recently they have banned pornographic and torrent websites but you can visit them using proxy servers.
