Is it really tough to get a good package in off campus drive after a B.Tech?

Yes bro it Is really very difficult to grab a decent package in off campus. though u will find a large no of jobs at very low package.But talking about a good package its very hard task.for that u will have to do something extraordinary such as if u show them a good project work and have knowledge and its practical application of your field.if u still want big packages u can prepare for GATE and make up to some good colleges and psu’s.Also if u want u can prepare for government jobs and gate side by side because syllabus is bit same.
